We take no responsibility for any illegal files and abuse of 123Server in the form og illegally uploading,

we are acting with good faith as temporary webspace. 123Server can not see the files being shared and to whom.

We believe it is the user's responsibility to stay within the law. If we find abuse, this will of course be reported to the police.
